Volodymyr Paslavskyi is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Licence # R708496. He is also a Paralegal and Notary Public, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO), Licence # P20087.

Volodymyr holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy, Administration and Law from York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from York University, and a Certificate in Management from McGill University. He also earned a Diploma in Immigration Consulting with Honours from Humber College.

Prior to establishing his legal and immigration practice, Volodymyr worked as a Legislative Assistant to a Member of Parliament in Ottawa. He also served as Executive Director of the League of Ukrainian Canadians, where he advocated for and promoted the interests of the Ukrainian-Canadian community at the national level. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in professional and industry organizations, including the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC), Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI), and the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). He currently serves as President of Young Professionals and Skilled Worker Association (YPSWA).

As an experienced immigration and legal professional, Volodymyr advises and represents clients in a wide range of immigration, legal, and notarial matters. His areas of practice include Canadian permanent residence (PR) applications, federal and provincial immigration programs, Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) applications, refugee claims, Canadian citizenship applications, PR card renewals, work permits, visitor visas, notarial services, powers of attorney, summary offence matters, and tribunal representation and advocacy.
